Business Support
Stay on top of your goals with help managing admin, marketing, and systems. From social media to scheduling, we keep your business moving forward.
Senior Support
Provide companionship and everyday help so older adults can stay independent and confident at home.
I spent nearly 20 years in child protection before a workplace injury forced a change I did not plan for. What came out of it was this business, built around the thing I am best at: helping people manage the hard stuff.
What started with helping a few families with errands and organization has turned into a full support operation for clients across Kingston, Loyalist, and beyond. We also work virtually with clients across Canada for marketing and admin support.
I bring honesty, attention to detail, and zero judgment to every task. When your life runs smoother, everything feels lighter. That is the whole point.
