Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy We know life happens and plans can change. To keep things fair and organized for all clients, please review the following: Rescheduling At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule without penalty. If you request to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, we will try to move it to another time within the same week, subject to availability. Same-week changes are not guaranteed. Cancellations 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are late cancellations and cannot be made up. Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice can be credited to your client “bank” to use at another time. Illness and Emergencies If you are unwell, please give us as much notice as possible. Cancellations due to illness with 24 hours’ notice or more may be added to your client bank for future use. Illness cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered late cancellations and cannot be credited. Emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Late Cancellations and No-Shows Late cancellation: less than 24 hours’ notice. No-show: missing your appointment without any notice. Both result in a one-hour service fee, which must be paid before booking future appointments. Our Commitment We do our best to be flexible and fair while keeping schedules reliable for everyone.
